Man To Adopt Abandoned Baby Found On His Way To Work

On his way to work in Mexico, Raul Marin Ceja saw a strange bundle wrapped in a blanket, which looked as if there was something in it. Wondering what it could be, he bent down to find out.

Inquisitively, he parted the blankets and decided to check inside, finding a baby girl.

Shocked, he figured out that she had been abandoned. Picking her up, Ceja swiftly took her to a nearby doctor in order to get her some immediate medical help.

After searching around for the baby's mother, he has now decided to adopt the baby, according to myfoxatlanta.

This news was put up in facebook and got over 15,364 'likes', apart from raising a storm of shock and outrage at the news about the abandoned baby, while it also aroused a number of appreciative comments about the man who decided to save her.

Commented one reader: "People. Please. Walk into any hospital. Or fire station. Or police station. They will take your baby. No questions asked. Then you know it will be safe. How can people do this?"
