Are You Dating A Person Or An Image?

Who are you mooning over and meeting? Are you sure that you love whom you meet, and he.she is not just a figment of your imagination?

Sometimes, you tend to put on the image of some person that you are not. Do you feel, when you are with your date, that you can't recognize yourself? Does your date seem reluctant to listen to you, and eager to talk about himself/herself all the time? Does your partner lack passion about anything?

Then you had better let go. And do it faster than later, because you suffer less that way.

Ask yourself. Some sets of intelligent, or at least reasonably valid questions will help you to find out whether your partner is what he/she claims to be, according to yahoo.com.

Here are some interesting questions that you can throw at yourself after every date.

Did you ever feel that your partner was so good that you were not good enough?

Did you ever fantasise that your partner thought you miraculously great and changed his/her treatment of you?

Did you whitewash your partner and make him/her sound better than what he/she seemed?

Did you dismiss or ignore things about your partner that weird you out, rationalizing that "everybody's got faults!" (which they do) - but still found yourself ignoring more than you paid attention to?

Did you feel grateful just that you're in a relationship, even though you don't like it much?

Did you feel skeptical about the relationship, merely because you've been cheated in the past?

Have you felt good about your relationship, but doubted many things when you are together?

Did you feel that your present date is like your ex whom you have rejeced?

If you do see that any of these statements are true, and you are finding it difficult to date without going through these doubts, then you can be sure that you are dating someone who is not really the person you think you've met.

You are going out not with a real person, but a "mirage person" according to yahoo.

You know what that means, and where it will take you. Just clear out, then, before it's too late.
