Taylor Swift's dedication to her fans never seems to waver.

The pop star recently took the time to call 12-year-old fan, Emily Beazley, who has been fighting stage III T-cell lymphoblastic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma since 2011.

Emily recently stated that hearing from her favorite artist would be a dream come true, and after multiple attempts to get Swift's attention via social media, Emily's dream came true.

Emily's mother, Nadia Beazley confirmed on Facebook, "I CANNOT thank all of you and your efforts that you are ALL making to reach Taylor Swift. Taylor called Emily Beazley!!!!! She just got off of the phone with her. She couldn't have been nicer. Emily has a smile from ear to ear!"

The 25-year-old "Style" singer called Emily on Tuesday at 5:00 after she was finished with her radiation treatment. During the 10-minute phone call, Swift reportedly did most of the talking. Emily also told Swift how much she loved her music.

"When she was on the phone, she was completely star-struck. Emily thanked her for her music and told her what her music meant to her," Nadia said. "The smile on my daughter [is one] I have not seen in a very, very long time. I could cry."

Just last week, Emily told NBC Chicago, "We would be here all day if I told you why I liked her."

The young girl's cancer has stayed aggressive over the years. Her doctors recently told the family that there was nothing more that they can do for her. Her treatment has reportedly stopped.

Earlier in April, Swift revealed that her mother is battling cancer.
