As of right now, Johnny Manziel is not the No. 1 quarterback on the Cleveland Browns depth chart. However, that doesn't mean Manziel isn't No. 1 in another NFL category.

According to a tweet from ESPN's Darrell Rovell, Manziel currently has the highest-selling jersey in the league. He's beaten out Russell Wilson, the quarterback for the reigning Super Bowl Champs the Seattle Seahawks.

Manziel has been the most polarizing figure in the NFL since he was drafted back in May. There are those who like the rookie QB because he has always competed hard and seemingly has a desire to win at the next level. There are those who dislike Manziel because he is constantly in the spotlight and appears to draw attention to himself without having played one down in the NFL.

A substantial judgment about Manziel as an NFL quarterback can't be made until he takes a snap for the Browns in an actual game - and that may not happen for a while.

One of the advantages for the Texas A&M product was that Brian Hoyer, the NO. 1 QB on the Brown depth chart, was facing health questions. However, that's gone now.

According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plains Dealer, who recently spoke to Hoyer, the Browns QB said he should be 100 percent healthy for training camp. As Bud Shaw of the Plains Dealer points out, Hoyer's good health could pose a real challenge to Manziel. However, Shaw notes that on the flip side if Manziel wins the job with this challenge, there will be no second guessing his appointment to starting quarterback. (If the rookie were to get the job without winning it the right way that could cause problems. Some would speculate he won the job because of his popularity and the good business he would generate for the Browns. It could also create a rift in the locker room if veterans feel Manziel was undeserving of the job.)

Here are the top ten selling jersey's in the NFL - 1. Johnny Manziel (Cleveland Browns), 2. Russell Wilson (Seattle Seahawks), 3. Colin Kaepernick (San Francisco 49ers), 4. Peyton Manning (Denver Broncos) 5. Richard Sherman (Seattle Seahawks), 6. Michael Sam (St. Louis Rams), 7. Tom Brady (New England Patriots) 8. Drew Brees (New Orleans Saints) 9. Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay Packers) 10. 12th Fan (Seattle Seahawks.
