A new video has been put up by the Islamic State extremists, in which they warn of an attack like the 9/11 terror attacks. The 'promise' is to "burn America" and threaten US nationals globally, according to rt.

The 11-minute video shows the militants claiming that jihadi groups have become stronger since the 9/11 terrorist attacks by Al-Qaeda in New York and Washington DC, with the sentence that Islamists have "more resources".

The graphic video is doing the rounds of the social media with the hashtag #WeWillBurnUSAgain showing the World Trade Center attacks, with one man explaining: "today there is no safety for any American on the globe."

"The mujahedeen", or someone waging jihad will be "able to burn the US again," said the voice.

The video also includes Paris and Ottawa shootings. They seem to make it clear that following France and Canada, it is the turn of the US to face new bombing. They also include the beheading of US journalist James Foley and Steven Sotloff , the burning of Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh and others. There are images of terrorists in combat.

Last January, the IS released another threatening video expressing intentions to turn the US into a "Muslim province" and beheading President Barack Obama.

Dr Hafed Walda, the pending deputy ambassador to the permanent Libyan delegation at Unesco, told Newsweek last month that ISIS attacks on antiquities are mainly for shock value or financial gain, as the group is not tolerant of items they think are jahili (pre-Islamic) showing humans, including Roman statues or mosaics.

The SITE blog Director, Rita Katz, said: "In a time of lone wolf attacks, and Americans and other Westerners pledging to the Islamic State, this kind of campaign should not be taken lightly."

"In recent weeks, about 10 Americans were indicted for attempts to act on behalf of the Islamic State, and there are many with every passing day that the group operates on Twitter."
