Fan favorite John Kuhn will remain in Wisconsin for one more year.

The Green Bay Packers have re-signed the fullback to a one-year deal worth $870,000, Kuhn's agent Kevin Gold said to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. The contract also included workout and Pro Bowl bonuses.

Kuhn, 32, has spent the bulk of his career with the Packers. In 123 games throughout eight seasons, he has rushed a total of 573 yards and recorded 13 touchdowns. Within this timeframe, Kuhn played in the most games out of all of the offensive players in roster.

As a receiving option, he has amassed 765 receptions for 501 yards and eight touchdowns as a Packer.

In 2014, Kuhn was named to his second Pro Bowl and made the All-Pro team as well. He recorded 24 rushing attempts for 85 yards and one touchdown.

Kevin Patra with NFL.com noted that despite Kuhn's lesser role, he has remained a fan favorite.

Patra wrote, "Kuhn remains a fan favorite despite the Packers relegating him to a lesser role the past two seasons. The fullback played in 249 snaps in 2014 and 337 in 2013 after seeing more than 420 snaps each of the previous three seasons, per Pro Football Focus. Still, the veteran has a role to play as a lead blocker in certain formations, and in short-yardage situations."
