With Google's Android and Apple's iOS battling in the smart phone market, Google has decided to introduce laptops and tablets with Chrome operating system. However, both of the above mentioned platforms share equal demand in the markets. But, when they are put head-to-head, Android would manage to attract more eyes.

Google has introduced the Chrome OS in their newly launched Chromebook. Chromebook uses all of Google's applications and facilitates a smooth user-computer interface. However, since it demanded a compulsory internet connection to access major applications of Google, the company have promoted developers to construct application that be used even offline on the Chromebook.

One major, eye-catching gizmo is the Chromebit. Chromebit will allow you to connect to a Wi-Fi network and run Google's Chrome browser. From here you can check Gmail or watch YouTube through Google's Chrome OS. You will need everything but the PC, as long as you have an HDMI monitor, wireless keyboard, mouse and of course the Internet connection. Chromebit is very useful in internet cafe in an area such as Indonesia. The price at which Chromebit shall be sold would be less than $100.

The Chrome OS has been the platform in many of the upcoming laptops. Asus will have an all metal device that is being billed as a cross between a tablet and a laptop with a price tag of just under $250. In addition, we can also expect to see two new laptops from Hisense, a Chinese multinational white goods and electronics manufacturer and Haier, a Chinese multinational consumer electronics and home appliances company, which will cost $149. The Haier Chromebook 11 will be available through Amazon, while the Hisense Chromebook will be available on Walmart.

As Caesar Sengupta, a vice president of product management at Google has said, "Our goal is not to just sell some of these products, but to make computing accessible to more people".

Thus, Google is pushing its projects towards future efficient projects and reap a good benefit in the market.
