The latest odds being offered by Britain's bookmakers suggest punters think the couple will avoid naming their baby after parents or grandparents, and will delve a little further back into royal history with their choice of name.
Some of the name that could hit the list would be Charlotte (meaning: feminine version of Charles, which means "free man"); Victoria (meaning: Victory); Alice (meaning: Of Noble Kind); Elizabeth (meaning: God is my Oath).
Alexandra is among the well-backed royal names, while there are many hits on Catherine, Mary Florence and Helen, as well.
