Kim Kardashian Attacked by Prankster at Paris Fashion Week (VIDEO)

There is a risk of being lunged at even if you are flanked by bodyguards and that's exactly what happened to Kim Kardashian, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star.

At Balmain's Paris Fashion Week held Thursday, as Kim was getting out of the car, someone lunged at her and tried to tackle her down tugging at her legs. As she started screaming, her bodyguard came to her rescue and freed her from the prankster.

The prankster has been identified as Vitalii Sediuk, the Ukrainian famous for pulling such pranks on celebrities.

Sediuk has pulled the same prank on several other celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Will Smith, TMZ reports.

Seiduk is taking full credit for the prank. He was quoted by Hollywood Life saying:

 "I hope Kim is OK and won't be mad at me as I didn't mean any harm. Kanye is one lucky man as Kim is a goddess!"

And apparently, the attack was his way of getting back at the U.S. government.

"The prank with Kim was my protest that US banned me from entering the country," he said.

Kim, her mother Kris and husband Kanye were able to attend the fashion show in peace with no more pranksters to worry about. The show was a social-media inspired fashion event set on Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson's song "Stop Pressuring Me" and Kanye's hit "All of the Lights," according to Yahoo.

Karlie Kloss, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, and Jourdan Dunn were seen  on the ramp.
