Robert Kardashian Refuses to Go to Rehab Following Families Multiple Failed Interventions: Report

Robert Kardashian's inflammatory Instagram post about sister Kim Kardashian appears to be a sign that the younger brother of the famous Kardashian sisters is not doing too well. Meanwhile, reports claim the family have attempted several unsuccessful interventions to try to get Rob into a better state.

"He's been depressed and just a bit off in general," a source close to the family told People following Rob's social media post, which dubbed Kim the "bitch" from the Oscar-nominated movie "Gone Girl."

"But he has always been this way," noted the insider, adding that his weight continues to be a roadblock for the 28-year-old. "He just can't lose the weight and doesn't try - he just sits around."

The reality 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' television star has reportedly severed all ties with his family, even though he is contractually obligated to smile and wave at the reality television cameras.

While his sisters' empire is only getting bigger, Kardashian has struggled to find success with his own efforts, which most recently included a sock line. There have also been allegations of drug use, but the family's interventions have reportedly failed. Another People insider says, "He is very against therapy and any kind of rehab.

"The attitude has always been that when Rob gets his act together, starts working out and loses weight, everything will be good and he will be happy," according to the People source. "But behind the weight gain is this very unhealthy mental state that he keeps struggling with."
