Zayn Malik momentarily gets off from the One Direction On The Road Tour in Asia as he is said to have been stressed out after pictures of him and tattoo enthusiast, Lauren Richardson, rose suspicions and cheating rumors.

According to Mirror, Zayn flew back to the UK on Thursday to be with his family and did not participate with the rest of the group in their commercial recording in Hong Kong.

As a spokesperson for Zayn said, "Zayn has been signed off with stress and is flying back to the UK to recuperate. The band wish him well and will continue with their performances in Manila and Jakarta."

According to Mail Online, Waliya Malik, Zayn's sister aired her sentiments on Instagram asking followers and his haters to stop hating him as it has stressed and hurt him.

"Sharing the message with a plea for fans to repost. Don't worry guys, Zayn is going to be okay very soon. All the stress has just gotten to him because of the rumours and hatred he has heard and received. It's really hurting him, some people are just giving him to much. People need to realize my brother is human to, stop hating him because he hasn't done anything to anybody, except for defending himself because of what people heard of what he did, but it isn't true. I love my brother to death, and I do not want to lose him for anything, it hurts me to see him not feeling good. Please pray for my brother, please help him because I know he will be okay. please stop sending him hate and getting on him for what he has "did" (sic)," Zayn's 16-year old sister wrote with a photo of them together.

The cheating rumors started spreading when Zayn and Lauren's picture got viral in social media. However, as reported by MTV, the 1D star has spoken about the issue saying he has never cheated on his fiancé Pierre Edwards.

"I'm 22 years old... I love a girl named Perrie Edwards. And there's a lot of jealous fucks in this world I'm sorry for what it looks like x"

After skipping three tour dates in Asia, Zayn Malik is hoping to join the group in their South America tour on March 28.
