50 Cent is said to be tried in court for posting a sex video in 2009 that features Lastonia Leviston, an ex of one of the rapper's enemies, Rick Ross.

According to FactMag, 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) posted the video in the heights of his feud with Ross as a form of retaliation. In the video, Lastonia is seen having intercourse with a guy whose face was blurred but is alleged to be Maurice Murray as what is reported from court documents.

Further, it is said that Jackson got the sex tape from Maurice Murray and then posted in on Youtube. The video is said to have garnered around 3.2 million views.

Lastonia who has a child with Rick Ross, reported that the video has caused her a lot of 'mental and emotional distress'. There was even a time when she nearly committed suicide due to public shame.

A report from Hiphop DX said that the hiphop artist doctored the video tape inserting a character of himself named "Pimpin' Curly" said to be a parody about Rick Ross.

Reports from New York Daily News said that Leviston's lawyers are still in the process of clarifying and rectifying the rapper's previous statement regarding Leviston describing her as a 'freak' who had made several tapes with Maurice Murray.

Further, they are also still deciding which elements of Jackson's testimony should be eliminated. Also, they were still doubting whether to grant Jackson his motion to 'seal the papers' where most of important evidences were found.

The In Da Club rapper is said to have petitioned for the case' dismissal years ago but failed. The first hearing about the case is slated to be on May 26. He will then face a two-week trial the following month in June.
