Android 7.1.1 Nougat is now out! It was recently announced that it will be launching on Dec 6. New Android Nougat features will be coming to more phones together with the release of Android 7.1 and Android 7.1.1 update. Some phones already have the update like Moto Z and Moto Z Force, some versions of HTC 10, HTC One M9, LG G5, Sony Xperia XZ and Xperia X Performance. Huawei already has announced that it's phones will get the new software update in the first quarter of the year.

It was confirmed that Android 7.1.1 Nougat has been released in advance of the expected launch date, Dec. 6. There were several screenshots to prove that the operating system update has already been updated for several phones. Surprisingly, this already happened to some devices even if phone companies are still working on the OS update.

One of the screenshots that were reported was sent by a General Mobile 4G user, who is from turkey, who also confirmed that the update size was 240.6 MB. It was also showed in the screenshot that the software update made a lot of improvements to the security and stability of the device, and at the same time, fixed certain bugs. Android Nougat will also be available on Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, and General Mobile 4G(Android One).

Meanwhile, Google also had already shipped the complete version of the Nougat 7.1.1 with its new Pixel phones. The said phones are expensive, yes, but they are now considered one of the best phones on the planet. Considering that Pixel phones are so unique when it comes to their software. They run a bespoke version of the Android Nougat that people cannot find anywhere else. So it's a good news that Android Nougat 7.1.1 is already pre-loaded on the said devices.

New reports confirmed that there will be a possibility that Samsung might upgrade the Galaxy Note 5 to Android Nougat soon. People who own the aforementioned devices should be expecting to receive the update very soon.
