"Gotham" Season 3 already had its first half of the season. There are several villains that have been developed as the series continues. It seems that the last episode already gave a hint of Jerome's (Cameron Monaghan) return.

In the latest episode of "Gotham" Season 3, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) are developing into Batman and Catwoman in the series. They are seen working as a team in getting into the Court of Owls in the latest episode. In the end the duo had what they needed from the secret organization.

In the meantime, Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) has been busy with getting the Riddler and the Penguin to fight against each other. Kean is hinted to transform into Harley Quinn in "Gotham" Season 3. Her madness is a preparation for her to become Harley Quinn.

James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) has also been busy unlocking the mysteries enveloping Gotham City in "Gotham" Season 3. Gordon finds out that Mario (James Carpinello) has been infected by the virus that had Alice's blood. He informs Lee (Morena Baccarin) about this to protect her. The event ended in a tragedy since Mario fought with Gordon.

The series of events in the midseason finale of "Gotham" Season 3 has brought more revelations about the villains and the characters involved. It is also indicated that Bruce is being prepared to be Batman especially with all the threats coming in to the city.

Meanwhile, the return of Jerome a.k.a. The Joker is indicated in the midseason, finale of "Gotham" Season 3. It seems that The Joker is going to be present once the series returns next year. He is another threat for Bruce Wayne and the city.

It can be remembered that Jerome has been dead in the second season of the series. This time in "Gotham" Season 3, he will be back to bring in more chaos. This will definitely keep Gordon busier as the story moves along.

The second part of "Gotham" Season 3 returns on January 16, 2017.
