There's been so much hype since we first got wind of Disney's new animated film, Moana. Now, Disney just released a new trailer for it, and we've got to say, we're even more excited now.

According to Teen Vogue, the new trailer reveals the gist of the plot. Moana (voiced by Auli'i Cravalho) must leave her island to find Maui (voiced by Dwayne Johnson), a demigod, and fight monsters to save her people. Other members of the cast are Jemaine Clement, Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Phillipa Soo and Alan Tudyk.

The Wall Street Journal also reports that the film will have songs and music created by Lin-Manuel Miranda (of Hamilton fame), south Pacific fusion artist Opetaia Foa'i, and composer Mark Mancina. Can this film get even better? We certainly hope so.

E! Online also reports that the cast has also taken part in sharing more about the film to viewers. Dwayne Johnson in particular has been especially excited about the film. In a recent appearance on Good Morning America, Johnson promoted the upcoming film.

"I think it's a really special movie. I saw it. I really loved it ... A lot of times when you see a movie, you try not to get drunk on your own wine, but the movie's really good."

Johnson also announced that Disney and the rest of the Moana cast will share even more photos and sneak peeks of the film. This is part of Moana Mondays.

"From now until our Thanksgiving weekend release, myself, the cast and Disney will be serving up amazingly cool looks at the film, taking you deeper into how it was made, and what you can expect from our story and characters. And most importantly, THE MUSIC.", says Johnson in an Instagram post.

He clearly feels passionate about the film. And if the trailers and sneak peeks are anything to go by, Disney fans will definitely feel the same way too!
