All you fans who have been debating over the identity of Negan's victim in 'The Walking Dead' cliffhanger finale should get ready for more drama and action in the upcoming seventh season, slated to air from October. The AMC show has more thrill and suspense lined up and hence, it is going to be worth the wait in every right.

It is not just the victim, viewers will come to know about. There will be a lot more. According to reports, the seventh season will give fans an entirely new outlook on the show as they will see some novel events which are not even part of the comic book series. The show is all geared up to set new benchmarks and acquire some of the biggest ratings in the history of cable television.

Robert Kirkman, the creator of the show, has said in the latest issue of the Comic Book Resources via a letter that fans should be dead afraid and keep their tissues ready. He begins by saying sorry for angering the fans with the cliffhanger but adds that it was never the intention of the team to make them mad and all they wanted was to create buzz.

According to him, the months of speculation and guessing are sheer fun to indulge in and fans ought to relish it as he does so. He wants fans to feel excited till the seventh season and spend the summer feeling upbeat about the coming events.

In the letter, he also mentioned about Carol, Morgan, Jesus and Spencer and referred to them as not anywhere near the fatal meeting but his speculations seem far-fetched. Many feel that it is a way to create suspense without letting anyone getting a feel of the same.

Well, it could be. And here is the catch. Carol might be in the list of victims as her journey on the TV show has been quite different and unexpected in comparison to the book. She did not make it to the scary meeting but then you never know what might unfold.
