Lately, wrestling fans have witnessed a stream of superstars heading out for departure for a number of reasons. As far as everyone's concerned, when a former heavyweight champion tweets something that goes like it's his 'last day', it does make an occasional stir, or worse, an unintended miscommunication.

For Jack Swagger, getting into the spotlight by throwing confusing tweets online is hardly his kind of thing. But he did just exactly that when he set wrestling fans into frenzied reaction after tweeting a picture with a caption below it that reads, "Best Job I ever had. Last day." As a result, many people went berserk and thought Swagger was saying farewell.

Catalina, Swagger's wife, did clear up the haze and informed wrestling fans on Twitter that the 'All American' wrestler had not once thought of leaving the company (at least for now). What the tweet really meant was that it was last of the European tour and that Swagger just felt happy about it as per Inquisitr report.

Pro Wrestling Sheet also ran a story on the misunderstood tweet and confirmed that the former wrestling champ is not saying goodbye. Also, the wrestler remains active on WWE roster. The controversial tweet has since been deleted to avoid further misunderstanding.

Nevertheless, people seemed to have quickly jumped into a conclusion that he's been released from the company. For some fans, it would be hardly surprisingly even if there was truth to it. For quite some time, Swagger's career has dived into near oblivion due to lack of involvement in any major storylines. The most recent storyline he was involved in was the feud brewing between him and Alberto del Rio back in December but it was largely unappealing. Aside from low key matches, Swagger is mostly doing offscreen-related tasks such as serving as WWE's ambassador according to Ecumenical News.

Meanwhile, Undertaker remains a hot topic for many wrestling fans as his absence from the European tour sparked speculations of an impending retirement. One interesting explanation for his absence in the European scene are security concerns following the recent ISIS-inspired terrorist attacks in Belgium and France as mentioned by Bleacher Report. But as a rule of thumb, such story should be taken with a grain of salt unless confirmed.
