Chelsea, who are still relling from one of their worst seasons in recent years, are planning a massive squad overhaul in the summer and if reports in the The Daily Express are to be believed, then the West London club are planning to sell one of their biggest stars in Eden Hazard in a shock move. New manager Antonio Conte has also sanctioned the sale and the club has been in touch with some of the best known football agents so that a deal could be feciliatated when the transfer window opens up.

Eden Hazard, who was Chelsea's best player when the won the English Premier League title in 2015 under former Jose Mourinho, has not been able to scale the same heights and has struggled for form this season. Having been awarded the Player of the Year Award for the 2014-15 season, everyone thought that the Belgian will continue to set the league alight but in a shocking loss of form, he has not been able to score a single goal in the league this season and it is hardly a surprise that Chelsea are now looking for buyers.

It was thought that Chelsea would not take a penny less than £100 million after Hazard's performances last season but the club are now looking for a deal of around £80 million in the summer and expects some of the wealthiest clubs in Europe to put in bids. Either of Real Madrid or Paris St. Germain might be interested in his services and Hazard has himself spoken about his interest in playing for either of those clubs if an offer ever materialises. In addition to that, both these clubs not only have the money but also the need of a player of the calibre of Hazard and have shown interest in buying him in the past. However, they are trying to tie up a deal for the player for something around £60 million and could see a long drawn out netotiation with Chelsea in the summer. Chelsea are expected to make a move for Juventus' Paul Pogba in the summer that is going to cost them around £80 million.
