Sense8 fans can rejoice as another season of the show has been confirmed. The cast and crew are already in the process of filming the show across the world and hoping to premier in June. The forthcoming season will show a love-triangle plot and one of the sensates as a villain.

Sense8's story is centered around eight strangers that are emotionally and mentally connected with one another.

With the success of its first season, it was only a matter of time when second season of the show will be announced. But when Netflix did not announce the following season of Sense8 on its list of renewed shows, fans simply assumed the worst and thought that it has been cancelled. However, now that the next season has been officially revealed, it waits to be seen what to expect from the upcoming episodes.

Sense8 writer, Bryce Olin said on Reddit forum that the team is looking into June release. But it doesn't look like the show will be able to premier on the anticipated date. Olin added, "I really hope Netflix can release 'Sense8' Season 2 in June, but simple math suggests we really shouldn't 'expect' to see Season 2 until much later in the summer or fall of 2016."

Since the show is being shot across the world, it is completely understandable for the team to skip their June deadline.

As far as the story plot is concerned, the rumor has it that Sense8 season 2 will showcase a love-triangle plot between Kala (Tina Desai), Rajan (Purab Kohli) and Wolfgang (Max Riemelt).

Another speculation suggests that Rajan will be the bad guy in season 2 which will push Kala towards Wolfgang even more.

The show will start filming from next month. Reports also claim that Will will make a comeback in season 2 as he regains his consciousness.
