After the tough challenges to Benedict Cumberbatch by Co-creator Steven Moffat in season 3, Sherlock' Season 4 is back with new emotional challenges.

According to BBC, the show will be back with another season starring the very busy man Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Amanda Abbington, Louise Brealey and Jonathan Aris. To all awaiting fans, the show will be back with dark, hilarious and exhilarating emotions.

The Co-creator Moffat in an interview said, "[Season 4] is going to be... I suppose you'd say... consequences. Its consequences. Chickens come to roost. It's dark in some ways-obviously it's great fun and a Sherlock Holmes romp and all that-but there's a sense of... things... coming back to bite you. It's not a safe, sensible way to live. It's hilarious and exhilarating some days, but some days it's going to be bloody frightening".

Moffat claims that this season the fans would be desperate for Season 5. Rumors across the internet also expect that the dead Moriarty will be back in Season 4. This season would be an overflow of emotions and extreme anxiety to all the fan of Holmes.

According to a report from Wales Online, the production has not yet started, it may commence on the fall of spring this year in Pine Studios.

In a statement the BBC said: "It's too early to confirm filming details of the new series of Sherlock." Though the exact date is not confirmed, the premiere will probably release in January 2017 on BBC.
