With husband Josh back home from sex-addiction rehab, Anna Duggar is keen to move forward. The sailing however may not be smooth, fear family and friends.

Anna was seen conveying Josh's love for his parents to her in-laws on the premier of 'Jill and Jessa: Counting On.' Anna told her in-laws that their son praised them for "talking straight" and standing by him during "dark times". Josh Duggar landed in the eye of storm last year when news of his molesting teenagers broke. Almost immediately, TLC pulled the family's 19 Kids and Counting off air.

"This visit was great because it definitely gives a lot of hope, but also the weight of everything is there and so it definitely drives me deeper to my faith," Anna said on the show, which was shot after she had visited her husband. "God's grace can give me the strength to love Josh when others would say he doesn't deserve it."

After Josh's confession last year admitting he had transgressed with minors including his sisters during teenage, his name figured in the disastrous Ashley Madison leaks. Two porn actors had also spoken about Josh's sexual escapades, driving rumors that Anna Duggar could walk out on her husband. Anna has stood by her husband who spent six months in a faith-based rehab.

New reports now claim that the Duggar couple is facing issues at home and a therapist is helping them tide over crisis. The therapist is in place though the family has offering the couple religious support to help return things to normalcy. That notwithstanding, Anna's concerns remain that her husband could return to his old ways.

Additionally, the family members are nervous. While Dillon King was quoted saying things would never be the same, it was reported that the extended family fears having children around Josh. This is likely to hurt Anna Duggar who, along with Josh, would be forced to take a guilt trip every time Josh bent down to hold a child and a family member winces.
