It was already known that Dragon Ball Super Episode 71 will be the "Hit Saga" giving Hitman Hit a mini arc. As reported previously, Hit will be assassinating Goku. Today, further details toward Goku's assassination was revealed. Herms98 posted that Vados will be the mastermind behind Goku's death.
"Goku dies after his heart takes a direct strike from the assassin Hit's invisible shock wave." Yet the blood of the Saiyan prevails, somehow Goku returns to life then counterattacked Hit. It was also revealed that Vados acts somehow like a representative of the real mastermind behind Goku's assassination.
It was reported previously as well that Dragon Ball Super will return with a new multiverse tournament. Today, another news surfaced the internet stating Android 17 and Ultimate Gohan will be witnessed. According to Kanzenshuu, Android 17 "works in the wildlife preserve area of a gigantic royal nature park, as an outstanding guard who doesn't hold back against poachers." Also, based on the spoilers released, Gohan is confirmed to have a comeback.

January 8th (Episode 73). January 15th (Episode 74): Both will be filler episodes for Dragon Ball Super. Dragon Ball Super Episode 73 entitled "Gohan Gets Made into a Movie?!" Dragon Ball Super Episode 74 entitled "For The Sake of That Which [HE] Loves!" This two filler episodes could be something about Gohan, but there are no further details about the two episodes.
