"The Sims 4," a life simulation video game, was introduced in September 2014 on Windows. By February 2015, the game was released on Mac. However, thanks to its growing popularity, this game will also be launched on Xbox One and PS4.

According to recent reports, developers are preparing to launch this game on Microsoft and Sony consoles but are delayed due to some technical problems.

Reports also suggest that the developers want to give players the option to play "The Sims 4" on both the consoles with the expectation that it would be released sometime in the month of March. However, EA is yet to confirm the likelihood of this.

Regardless of lack of updates from the developers, the fans still continue to hope that the game will be launched with wide variety of updates and DLCs for Mac and Windows. And this is only possible if the developers port the game to Xbox One and PS4. But before that happens, developers have to deal with number of issues that could impact the release of game on these consoles.

The last update that the game received was on March 22 and was called the "Spring Challenge." In the patch, the players got Easter egg hunt as well as grow-fruit challenge and bug fixes. Players were also able to move around their wall hangings fairly easily. Game developers also introduced some skill building fixes that were associated with Cupcake machine.

In the growfruit challenge, players had to find the Jasmine Holiday, found in the Willow Creek or Community Garden of Oasis Springs. Holiday is an interactive character and can relate to the players in five different ways, wearing pink blazer.
