Lakers have big plans for Kobe Bryant's final game according to LA Times.

It's seems like yesterday High School Kobe Bryant entering the NBA showing his flashy dunks in All Star games.

Kobe has played for the Lakers his entire career, winning five NBA championships. It's very likely that he will be considered at least top 4 players of all time to play for the Lakers. (along with Magic Johnson, Jerry West and kareem abdul jabbar)

Bryant is an 18-time All-Star, 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, and 12-time member of the All-Defensive team.

He has led the league in scoring twice, and he ranks third on both the league's all-time regular season scoring and all-time postseason scoring lists.

After beginning his 20th season with the Lakers in 2015-16, which set an NBA record for the most seasons with the same team, Bryant announced that he would retire after the season.

He brought 5 NBA champion to the Lakers (2000–2002, 2009–2010) won 2 times NBA Finals MVP (2009–2010) and was NBA Most Valuable Player in 2008.

Kobe and Shaq didn't get along too well at times but they did bring 3 championship to the Lakers together as one-two punch.

Shaq once said Kobe cannot win a championship without him but Kobe managed to pull of two rings without him teaming up with Pau Gasol.

Kobe has always been compared to the Greatest of All Time Michael Jordan. Kobe did get all the moves from Michael Jordan indeed. Kobe fierces competition resembles that of Michael Jordans as well.

Still most fans do consider Michael Jordan as a better player than Kobe Bryant. If fact, many fans do consider even Lebron James a better player than Kobe. However, one thing that Kobe surpassed Michael was scorining 81 points in one single game against the Toronto Raptors. (MJ's best scoring game was 69 points agains the Cleveland Cavalaries and one single game record holder is Wilt Chamberlin with 100 points)

Regardless of all these comparison, Kobe Bryant do deservce respect and complement from all the NBA fans as he poured out all his passion and effort for the laste couple of decades.

Lakers are having one of the worst seaon with 16-63 record in this season so far.
