Has Samsung capped the storage of Note 5 at 32 GB? New leaks from a trusted tipster claim the phablet successor won't have expandable storage.

According to NDTV, a tweet from Evan Blass, who goes by the popular handle @evleaks, revealed specifications of what could be Note 4 successor. According to Blass, Note 5 could be codenamed Samsung Noble with the model number SM-N920. In line with leaks in the past, Blass suggests that Note 5 will be powered by an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor paired with 4 GB RAM.

"Exynos 7420 SoC (4x2.1GHz+4x1.5GHz), 5.66" 2560x1440, 4GB/32GB, 16MP/5MP, 5.1.1, no SD," Blass claimed in his tweet.

The tweet picked up a quite bit of traction with many users expressing disappointment over Samsung's apparent decision to cap storage without expansion.

A user, who commented on Blass's tweet, reported using the Note 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. The user claimed that Note 5 was better of the two devices and that the Edge Plus did not have anything new to offer. The commenter also mentioned that the Note 5 camera has a new periscope-like mode called Livestream.

Samsung is expected to launch both devices August 13 at the Galaxy Unpacked 2015 event.
