Galaxy Note 5 Release Date and Rumors Update: New Image Leaks Show Handset Could Be Identical to Galaxy S6

Galaxy Note 5 might sport the same major design changes that were introduced with Galaxy S6, according to an image leak by reliable French tech site nowhereelse.fr.

The leaked images of purported Galaxy Note 5 sports an aluminum frame, glass back, upgraded fingerprint sensor, bottom edge speakers and angular lines of the Galaxy S6's camera.

In theory this should be good news (the Note range has needed more premium build materials while the other added features are welcome) but this overlooks one huge fact: Galaxy Notes are primarily productivity devices, Forbes noted.

According to rumors, the Note 5 is expected to fit a huge 4100 mAh battery. In comparison, Galaxy Note 4 has 3220 mAh. Also, Note 5 is expected to get the incrementally upgraded Exynos 7422.
