Sony has acquired OnLive, a cloud gaming service, only to shut it down. OnLive announced that Sony Computer Entertainment has bought "various assets of OnLive, including its U.S. and foreign patent portfolio covering its substantial innovations in cloud gaming."
Microsoft is getting rid of Clip Art - the iconic collection of images known for their whimsy and ease of insertion into Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. As an alternative, the company is pointing users to use Bing search.
