Incumbent Ugandan President Yoweri Musevini has been declared the official winner of the controversial Presidential elections which dispelled hopes to unseat him from his 30-year grip on power.
A general in Uganda has been arrested and charged with insubordination for criticizing President Yoweri Museveni.
