The New York Giants expect Victor Cruz to be 100 percent healthy by the start of the season.
The Giants will have to prepare in case Victor Cruz does not make a 100 percent recovery by next season, GM Jerry Reese stated.
Despite going 6-10, the Giants will bring back coach Tom Coughlin and general manager Jerry Reese.
