Canon has officially announced a new camcorder - XC10, that has been designed for both 4K video recording and 12-megapixel still photographs. The newly launched digital camcorders also allows users to extract 8-megapixel still from recorded 4K video via a built-in function.
Cannon has recently announced two new DSLRs, each packing 50 megapixels resolutions - the highest resolution full frame DSLRs yet. The Canon 5Ds and 5Ds R appear to be housed in the same body as 2012's 5D Mark III.
