'General Hospital' Spoilers Update: Jake Dreams About True Identity In The Next Episode

In the latest episode of General Hospital, Spencer Cassadine is in the hospital due to injuries. Nikolas who is upset and angry, is comforted by Elizabeth. He is worried about his son Spencer as he is fighting a life and death battle in the hospital who was injured in an accident that happened on his birthday party.

Silas is preserving a secret and it could be about Ava Jerome. Nina gets some encouraging news.

Before this, a truce is offered by Duke to Julian and something improbable occurs to Spencer. Maxie is overcome by a pronouncement of love.

"I just want you to make sure that you are prepared to take my little sister away from Sonny," Michael says to Alexis.
