MacBook Pro 2015 Release Date And Rumors Update: Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad Might Gain TouchID

We might see the TouchID in the MacBook Pro 2015 and other laptops made by Apple, according to a new report. The report, published by Taiwanese website - apple.club.tw - cited sources claiming that the fingerprint scanner will be positioned above the trackpad on MacBooks and directly into the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad for Desktop Mac users.

The website has previously shared reliable information about Apple's upcoming products.

MacBook Pro 2015 Release Date

Rumors has it that the new MacBook Pro might be revealed in the coming June featuring higher specs. It is also believed that the long overdue successor would be more efficient featuring Broadwell chips from Intel.

MacBook Pro 2015 might also see a big jump in the 3K ultra HD for its Retina display as well as improved battery life.

Different Size Options for MacBook Pro 2015

If reports are to believed, the new MacBook Pros might come in three variants: 12-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch.

However, there is not any official word from Apple on the MacBook Pro 2015 release date but we are hoping it might be launched in the same media event as Apple Watch.

Non-Retina MacBook Airs could be updated by the end of this month while the 12-inch Retina MacBook Air is expected to get a launch in mid-year.
