The flagship phone of the South Korean major has just arrived. The LG G6 is considered to be a very good phone and better than its predecessor the G5. However, there are few missing points that could have rectified before launching the product that includes no VR support in the phone and potentially old processor.

The phone is coming with a Snapdragon 821, which is a good processor. But, considering the launch of other flagship phones and the increased chances of a better Snapdragon 835 in those phones, people might find the G6 processor is quite old. The 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM is a fine choice for the flagship device and it comes with 32GB storage with 2TB SD card slot. The battery of 3,300mAh is sufficient for a day-long use, but be informed that it is a non-removable battery.

Though the primary camera is 13MP, it gives an excellent shot with its wide-angle field view of a 120-degree. The front 5MP camera could be seen as a disappointment, but it also floats wide-angle field view at 100-degree and gives good quality selfie images. The phone is coming with a bezel-less 5.7-inch screen this time - the latest trend in smartphones, it is also making the phone look more stylish. Additionally, the phone runs on Android 7.0 that means Google Assistant is there to help the users.

The phone is coming with two features which G5 failed to add last time. It comes with 100 percent water resistance. Additionally, it supports wireless charging - remember that the feature would only be available for U.S. customers at the moment. Also, it is a single SIM unit along with Quick Charge 3.0, which can fully charge the phone in 90 minutes.

When it comes to missing part apart from the processor, the phone doesn't support any real VR is a disadvantage for the device. Considering the number of VR devices coming to the market, it could have included in the phone. The U.S. sales date of the phone is not announced yet, but it can be expected by mid of March as the maker declared that it will be available in South Korean stores by March 10.
