Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie Divorce Saga Continues; Pitt "Terrified" For Truth To Be Made Public?; Accuses Jolie Of Putting Personal Interest First
It is now 2017 and still the issue between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues. The saga has caused the Jolie-Pitt children to be caught in the crossfire between the former lovers. Now, reports are saying that Brad Pitt does not want the divorce documents leaked to the public because he is allegedly scared what the public will know about the divorce.
According to reports, Pitt has asked the judge "to seal records" that his ex-wife has filed against him and this includes the agreement about the children's custody. Pitt's lawyers have asked for an emergency hearing for the judge to seal the papers pertaining to the divorce but the judge did not deem the request as an emergency thus denying Pitt's corner of their plea.
Pitt's camp has also accused Jolie and "placing her own interests" by making the divorce records open for public consumption. Part of the accusation states that Jolie has allegedly failed to protect the interest of their children and placing hers before theirs. Pitt's legal defense has raised the issue of Jolie publicly naming the therapists of their children and putting their children in the public limelight as unnecessary acts that leave the children vulnerable.
Latest updates say that Jolie has agreed to keep the documents sealed but she strongly denies the accusations that she is endangering their kids' privacy. Her camp has said that Pitt is requesting for the documents to be sealed because he is "terrified that the public will learn the truth."
Pitt has been cleared by the FBI and the Child Services from the accusations that have been hurled against him. But allegedly, there's a lot that the public still does not know about what really transpired inside the family owned private jet last September 14, 2016, that apparently was the last straw for Jolie.
