It is possible that "NASA" may build homes on "Mars" as astronauts are expected to stay longer than expected once they land on the planet. The design for the possible home to be built in the planet is shaped like an igloo.

"Mars" is reported to have extreme temperature and there is not much protection from the atmosphere to high-energy radiation. "NASA" then decides to build a habitat for astronauts that can overcome the planet's atmosphere.

It is reported that the best material for the house to be built in "Mars" is made of ice. This is according to the researchers from the research center of "NASA" at Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. After a long study on Mars' atmosphere, the researchers came up with the 'Mars Ice Home.'

The 'Mars Ice Home' is one of the many potential concepts of a home in Mars. This design can withstand the atmosphere in Mars and astronauts who will study Mars' atmosphere are able to live here safely and longer.

This design has a lightweight shell which can easily be transported with simple robotics. It also makes sure that the home can be livable with the crew who comes next. The ice which is surrounding the home is enough to protect astronauts from radiation and is a safe place which they can feel at home with.

Meanwhile, the researchers who have built the design made sure that the 'Mars Ice Home' can feel like a real house and not a cave. According to Kevin Kempton who is one of the team members, the materials for the said home are translucent. This is a way for the place to feel like home since the daylight can just pass right through.

"NASA" has always wanted to get humans to "Mars." The ice home may be one of the possibilities that humans can actually stay longer in Mars.
