According to that report, one of those will be the Dragon Ball Universe 6's Champa, the said God of Destruction.

Now the god will not only be alone. He will be accompanied by a "powerful" assistant named Vados, who is said to be the sister of Whis. Players know Champa as the brother of the mighty Beerus, making it one of the strong and capable characters to choose from when playing "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2".

Though nothing is yet certain if there will be bigger and amazing contents the pack is holding but Bandai Namco promised that it will still have some of the players' needs: new techniques and costumes.
