Alabama Crimson Tide is getting ready to lift the title this year as well in Championship Game. But for the time being, the team is only thinking about the Peach Bowl game scheduled on Dec. 31. The semi-final match with Washington Huskies is the only thing in players', as well as management's, mind according to coach Nick Saban.

The Alabama Football team has been making intense preparation ahead of the Peach Bowl. The team has also been attending afternoon sessions for the past three days under the guidance of the coach at the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Facility. According to the current schedule, the team is dispersed for the Christmas vacation and will rejoin on Monday in Atlanta for the final round of preparations.

The management of Alabama football team thinks that the small vacation would help the players to come back with great energy and enthusiasm after meeting with their family members. The opponents, Washington Huskies, were the Pac-12 champions this year and became eligible to come against Crimson Tide in the playoff. Alabama is confident that it can continue the dream run in the playoff as well, but Huskies is also an equally competent opponent and can be a real challenge for the team.

When it comes to statistics between both the teams, they met each other four times till date with each time Crimson Tides dominating over the Huskies. If Washington couldn't break the defense of Alabama, this time also the story won't be different. The defense of the Tides was is one of the best in College Football and that helped them to march to the playoff very easily. Nick knows the strength of his team and he is giving special focus to defense with additional training including training with former players.

While Alabama and Washington will fight each other in the Peach Bowl at the Georgia Dome Atlanta, the second playoff, Fiesta Bowl, will be between Clemson Tigers and Ohio State Buckeyes. The second playoff is also on New Year's eve at thevUniversity of Phoenix Stadium, Arizona. The winners of both the playoffs will march to the finals which is scheduled on Jan. 9 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
