NBA's Colorful Sideline Reporter; Craig Sager Dies at 65.

The famous sideline reporter for National Basketball Association television, Craig Sager already had his watch ended. Sager passed away last December 15,2016 and Leukemia was the cause. 

Craig Graham Sager is a 65-year old American sports reporter covering a range of sports from 1981 until his year's death for the stations, CNN, TBS and TNT. Sager has been famous for his boundless collection of preposterously loud suits.  'My clothes reflect who I am. I believe that life should be fun and so should your clothes.' Sager once wrote in his autobiography. 

Last 2014, Sager was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and even missed the entire 2014 NBA Playoffs. According to The NY Times, Sager still continued to work every once in a while. The blood transfusions kept him capable enough to work and travel to games. Sager's son, Craig Jr., reckoned a match for the Bone Marrow Transplant. Sager hoped for the best recovery and undergone treatment as well while pushing his cancer into a respite. The NBA on the TNT crew even paid a tribute for him through wearing suits indistinguishable to his; the eye-catching and colorful ones.

In late March 2016, Sager announced that the illness he tried to battle has returned and he was told by the doctors that he only has three to sox months to live without the full treatment. Nonetheless, Sager still undergone treatment for the third time through a gift of bone marrow from an unpublicized donor.

In relation to ESPN, Turner president, David Levy said in a statement, 'There will never be another Craig Sager. His incredible talent, tireless work and commitment to his craft took him all over the world covering sports.' Sager is a beloved member of the Turner family. Thus, Levy ended his statement with the words, 'We will forever be Sager Strong.'
