The latest update of "Pokemon GO" includes new Pokemon babies that players can only catch via eggs. The babies are all rom Generation 2 Pokemon which includes Magby, Togepi, Elekid, Pichu, Cleffa and Igglybuff. So this article is all about guiding players how they can catch the new baby Pokemon and have it registered on their Pokedex.

The first step in catching these new baby Pokemon is getting as much egg as possible while hatching the eggs. Each egg takes 2 KM up to 10 KM to hatch so players will need to walk or bike a lot to be able to hatch their eggs. Depending on how determined the player is to get the new Pokemon, they can spend the whole day walking and hatch 9 2 KM eggs in 2 hours or even less if on bike in "Pokemon GO".

To do this, players will need to purchase more incubators in "Pokemon GO" and incubate all 9 eggs at the same. All the 3 egg variants ( 2 KM, 5 KM, and 10 KM) can hatch the new Pokemon babies so players don't need to pick their eggs. Not unless the player is only eyeing on a specific baby Pokemon. 2 KM eggs can get a Cleffa that evolves to Clefairy and Igglybuff that evolves to a Jigglypuff. 5 KM eggs get Pichu that becomes a Pikachu and Togepi that evolves to Togetic. As for the 10 KM eggs, players will get Magby that turns into a Magmar, Elekid that grows to an Electabuzz and Smoochum that evolves to the eccentric Jynx.

As soon as players hatch some eggs, don't forget to get egg refills in Pokestops. Although the items given in each turn is completely random, it almost always include an egg whenever there is a vacant spot for it. Of course the Pokemon that would hatch from the egg is not guaranteed to be the new "Pokemon GO" babies which is why it is recommended to incubate all 9 at the same time to increase the chances.
