The Coach in Houston Rockets Michael Andrew "Mike" D'Antoni is an American- Italian NBA coach who was formerly a professional Basketball player.  Mike D Antoni had a mustache, during the Phoenix Suns took the NBA by storm. Right know Coach Mike is known for favoring a fast-paced, offense-oriented system when he handles this team Rockets.  James Harden has turned over his high-powered offense. In fact, Houston Rockets is, 10th fast-paced in this season NBA league.

Coach Mike said, "I think James and every point guard has their pace, it's whatever they're comfortable with," D'Antoni said. "I think people have a misconception of pace. It is how the ball goes; it's once you get it over half court, we're pretty quick at it.' You play it all kinds of different ways." The pace, as far as the Rockets are concerned, is not about rushing it up the floor, but doing something when you get there.

James Harden presently in the 4 years as a team Rockets, Harden became one of the NBA's most prolific scorers and was earned recognition as the best shooting guard in the NBA and known as one of the top general players in the NBA league. Harden was awarded as an MVP (Most Valuable Players) in National Basketball Players association on 2015. He is also a two-time member of the United States National basketball team, got gold medals on 2012 Summer Olympics  award and 2014 FIBA World Cup.

A lot of these plays are made in the half court when the defense is set and trying to anticipate what Harden will do. "Yeah, it's good," Harden said. "The advance passes, and we get into our offense and try and score as quick as possible, not just any shot but the best shot, and from there use our basketball instincts. Coach D' Antoni doesn't try to control anything; if he has a play, he'll throw it at me, and if I have something better I'll just tell him I got something better and he's cool with it. That kind of relationship goes a long way."
