The Colombian-American actress and model Sofia Vergara has been facing a legal battle. She has been sued by her own embryos. It was created when the 44-years-old was engaged to Nick Loeb.

Nicholas Loeb, an American businessman, and Vergara moved separate ways in 2014. The two were under the fertility treatment that resulted in the embryos in 2013 which were produced by Vitro fertilization. Loeb has been trying to win the embryo's custody. The embryos Emma and Isabella were on the list of documents in Louisiana court obtained by New York Post.

Louisiana is the 31st extensive and 25th most populous state and the only state with political subdivision termed parishes and local government equivalent to counties. The state is also considered as pro-life under its juridical person is seen from fertilized egg.

According to the Lawsuit that Emma and Isabella should be entrusted to their natural father Loeb, who is willing and desirous that they are born. Attorney Fred Silberberg also released a statement that the issue is just an attempt of Mr. Loeb in keeping a public eye by still linking himself to Vergara. Meanwhile, the Lawsuit arrived a week before the judge on control in California was about to dismiss the claims of Mr. Loeb.

It all started on May 1, 2015, when Vergara and Loeb were in dispute about the future of the embryos that were frozen while they were still together. Recently, the right to live lawsuit was filed against Vergara. The purpose of the suit is to give the embryos a chance to develop, to be born and to inherit trust that has been created and administered by Charbonnet. The suit is also trying to eliminate parental rights of Vergara since she was keeping them in a medical clinic and allegedly abandoning and neglecting the embryos.
