Nintendo's upcoming console just showed its capabilities for the first time! In the latest episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Nintendo Switch shows off its remarkable features.

Nintendo America's president Reggie Fils-Aime guested on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, bringing with him the upcoming console, the Nintendo Switch. The creator of Donkey Kong, Mario, and The Legend of Zelda series, Shigeru Miyamoto is also present in the audience. In the talk show, Fils-Aime talked about the Nintendo Switch and their upcoming mobile game, Super Mario Run. He also brought him the upcoming installment in The Legend of Zelda series, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's demo to test Switch's extensive features.

Nintendo first showed the gameplay footage of Breath of the Wild many times before since its announcement. But on The Tonight Show, Breath of the Wild's actual gameplay can be seen on the actual Nintendo Switch for the first time! They first viewed the game on the big screen for the audience to see. Fils-Aime explains how big the world of Breath of the Wild is and how "everything that you see, you can get there." It can be seen that the Nintendo Switch has the capacity to render games with a smoother frame rate and high-definition graphics.

Fils-Aime said that players can play Breath of the Wild anyway they want to. How they perform actions to achieve goals is up to them. He also demonstrated the Nintendo Switch's portability to play games when people need to put down their controllers to leave the house. Fallon is excited to see how from the big screen, the game can be played on a smaller screen which is detachable for portability.

Because Super Mario Run was also revealed on the talk show, creator Shigeru Miyamoto joined the talk show band and played the Super Mario Bros theme song. Super Mario Run is scheduled for release this month for the iOS devices while Nintendo Switch is scheduled for release in March 2017. Earlier this year, Nintendo announced that more information about the Nintendo Switch will be revealed in January 2017.
