Since the first release of the game "Pokemon GO", players have been hoping and wishing for the Mewtwo event to happen. It has already been a couple of months since the game has first launched and it has already updated the game in many ways. One of it is the recently added Pokemon, Ditto, that made every player excited to catch every Pokemon they encounter with the hopes it is a Ditto.

Now new speculations are circulating online that says "Pokemon GO" is having another update and now it just might be the much awaited Mewtwo event. According to reports, the upcoming Christmas event will be the biggest event Niantic has ever released. And sources claim it will include not just Mewtwo but also other legendary Pokemon Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres and even Mew.

The rumored event is said to run from December 20 to 27 of this year. But there has been no confirmation yet about the leaked data from Niantic so everything is still a rumor until confirmed. However, there are also reports that Mewtwo will not be introduced in the Christmas event but in New Year's Eve in selected countries. One of it is surely to be Times Square, New York.

It can be remembered that earlier this week, a tipster has shared information of Niantic's upcoming event on December with Starbucks. The event is said to make most of Starbuck branches into Pokegyms and stops where players can order a signature Pokemon coffee drink. Aside from that, Starbucks could be holding more events and is expected to announce it on the day of the event.

As of today, "Pokemon GO" can only be played in limited countries. Some countries do not allow the game to run on their territory while some needs more time before Niantic can accurately map every area for the game. One of the recent release of the game is in India so they should be able to join all upcoming events of the game.
