"NCIS" Season 14 spoilers reveal that in the Christmas episode titled "The Tie That Binds," the team will be investigating in the murder case of a Navy captain, reports Carter Matt. Aside from this, the episode will focus on Ducky, as he will look back on his life and the decisions he made in the past.

Since this is a Christmas episode, "NCIS" Season 14 episode 10 will also feature the team's celebration of the event through the exchanging of gifts. According to the publication, the upcoming episode of the CBS drama will see Gibbs and Fornell have dinner together.

This led to speculations that Michael Weatherly and his character, Tony DiNozzo, may appear in "NCIS" Season 14. Many fans believed that this will be the most perfect gift for viewers because they miss the character since Weatherly decided to leave the show in Season 13.

Weatherly previously hinted that he may return to "NCIS" Season 14 and drop by in a few episodes. However, it does not look like it will happen soon, as the actor is still busy with his new show, "Bull," reports Dispatch.

According to Weatherly, he still has a hard time digesting the fact that he is starring in a new show after "NCIS." Weatherly said that he tries to bring the same esprit de corps of the cast, which he attributed to Mark Harmon and David McCallum, to "Bull."
