ABC's "Scandal"  will welcome a new cast member with its sixth season return in January. For the fans of Shondaland, she is not really a new face. ABC also did not reveal how many episodes will she appear or will the fans see her first thing next year.

Zoe Perry, daughter of Scandal's Jeff Perry (who plays Cyrus Beene) and actress Laurie Metcalfe, will have a recurring role in the show starring Kerry Washington as the Washington crisis manager Olivia Pope. Variety reported that officials have not yet unveiled her character and her storyline in the series. For the fans, it would be a thrill to see the daughter of Perry in the series. Is she going to be his daughter? No one knows.

For the huge fans of Shondaland and "Scandal", Perry is a familiar face. She made appearances in episodes of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice. She also starred in ABC's drama The Family, which was created by Scandal writer Jenna Bans. The series was canceled after one season.

Aside from "Scandal", she also has a recurring role in NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service. She was represented by AKA Talent Agency, Harden-Curtis and Associates and Levity Entertainment Group. People cannot underestimate her because she has an impressive resume not only on TV but also in theater. She was recently in a stage production with his father and Grey's Anatomy star Kevin KcKidd.

It would be an exciting entrance for her ever since the "Scandal" season five finale. The two candidates chose their running mates for the election: Mellie's (Bellamy Young) vice president is Jake Ballard (Scott Foley) while Frankie Vargas (Ricardo Chavira) is running with Cyrus (Perry)

The show will also return for the main cast stars Tony Goldwyn, Scott Foley, Darby Stanchfield, Katie Lowes, Guillermo Diaz, Bellamy Young, Joshua Molina, Portia de Rossi and Cornelius Smith Jr. The sixth season of "Scandal" will be premiered January 19, 9 PM, at ABC.
