Brangelina Divorce Update: Angelina Jolie Filed Legal Documents To Court On Temporary Custody Agreement. Will Brad Pitt Finally Get His Rights?

The latest update of the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt legal battle or better known the Brangelina Divorce reaches to the level of getting a Temporary Custody Agreement for their six children. The court agreed with the decision that a Child Psychologist will be the one to decide when Brad Pitt can see his children.

Child custody issue expert Ian Russ based in Encino, California expertly named to meddle between Angelina and Brad. He also recommended that Brad will subject himself to a random alcohol and drug test at least four times in a month.

Aside from that, Brad also needs to undergo counseling sessions alone with Angelina, and if permitted a group session with the children. This is the conditions that the actress filed in court stating that "'frequency and conditions of the therapeutic visitation shall be determined by Russ."

The Brangelina divorce erupted five days after when Brad allegedly tried to physically hurt their eldest child Madox in their private plane from France to the United States last September. The incident got to the Federal Bureau of Investigation and eventually relieved Brad and assured that no other investigation shall be conducted.

Meanwhile, Angelina's action got criticized with the statement, "This is pure spin and manipulation, as absolutely nothing has changed." The source said further that the original agreement that both camps agreed to get no difference from what was filed in court.

The legal papers filed date December 2, 2016, clearly states that the actress shall get full physical custody and Brad should take the recommended therapeutic visitation determined by Ian Russ. There is no official statement coming from Brad Pitt's lawyer.

Brad is still promoting his film "Allied" in a tour with Marion Cotillard. The actors are very thankful to his fans with the unending support they showed for him. Angelina Jolie is also finishing another film "First They Killed My Father" which until now have no update. The Brangelina Divorce saga continues and other developments will be heard soon.
