Pokemon Sun and Moon QR Codes, News: Gamers Hurry, Magearna’s QR Code Has A Cut-off!

Pokemon Sun and Moon gamers finally have the key to getting the games' first mythical Pokemon, Magearna, however rumors have been going around saying that access to the new Pokemon may be limited to a certain period of time.

Yesterday, Nintendo released the Pokemon Sun and Moon QR code for Magearna, a strong defensive mythic Pokemon immune to Dragon and Poison attacks. It's the very first artificial mythic Pokemon that gamers can get in the newest Pokemon handheld installments, and it's reportedly great to have on the team as a trainer's first wall of defense.

A Steel or Fairy type of Pokemon with a sturdy clockwork frame, Magearna's weaknesses are limited to attacks that are either Ground or Fire type. Not only that, but the other nine types of attacks inflict reduced damage on Magearna, making the doll-like Pokemon a great addition to a gamer's team. The mythic Pokemon comes in at level 50 with a bottle cap that gamers can use to trade and obtain IV training. It knows that moves Lucky Chant, Helping Hand, Flash Cannon and Fleur Cannon, its very own signature move in Pokemon Sun and Moon. Gamers who get Magearna also gets a few other special items as well including a cherish ball and a wishin ribbon.

To get their very own Magearna, all gamers have to do is finish the game as a Pokemon Sun and Moon champion then head on over to the Pokemon website and scan the Magearna QR code. Once that's done, gamers can find the mythic Pokemon right over at the Antiquities of Ages shop. According to Tech Mic, gamers have to approach the same character in the Antiquities of Ages that gave gamers the special little Munchlax and the Ash-Greninja.

Gamers better hurry though because while Nintendo says that there's no rush to win the game and become a Pokemon Sun and Moon champion to get Magearna, rumors say that Magearna won't be available anymore once March 5, 2017 hits.
