New Cast Coming to "Scandal" Season 6: Variety reports that Zoe Perry has been added as one of the recurring characters in "Scandal" Season 6. Zoe Perry is the daughter of Jeff Perry (the actor who plays Cyrus Beene, the VP running mate of Vargas). There is no official word on her character or her name for that matter.
