‘Scorpion’ Season 3 Spoilers: Tim Leaving In Episode 11 To Give Way To Paige & Walter Romance?
Is "Scorpion" Season 3 saying goodbye to a major character? There are speculations that Tim (Scott Porter) will leave Team Scorpion to give way to Paige (Katharine McPhee) and Walter's (Elyes Gabel) romance.
The synopsis for the upcoming episode 11 titled "Wreck the Halls" revealed that Tim will make "an important decision about his position with Team Scorpion," SpoilerTV reported. "Wreck the Halls" will showcase Tim considering his position in Team Scorpion because he doesn't really feel like he belongs with the group.
Tim's departure will undoubtedly impact his newfound romance with Paige. In recent "Scorpion" episodes, Paige picked Tim instead of waiting for Walter to make sense of his romantic feelings for her. However, it's obvious that Walter and Paige still harbor feelings for each other and are just choosing to ignore it.
Tim leaving Team Scorpion will give an opportunity for the Walter and Paige romance to blossom. It should be noted, however, that there's the matter of Cabe (Robert Patrick) advising Walter to prioritize the job instead of his love life, though Walter already discouraged Paige from dating Tim.

It remains to be seen on "Scorpion" Season 3 whether Walter would continue heeding Cabe's advice or finally throw caution to the wind and declare his feelings for Paige. It should be noted as well that Paige's mother, Veronica (Lea Thompson), wants her daughter to end up with Walter instead of Tim. Veronica even imparted some pieces of advice to Walter on how to win Paige's heart.
Episode 11 of "Scorpion" Season 3 will also feature Team Scorpion going on an "electronics-free mountain getaway" on Christmas Eve. The trip turns "deadly when they come across gun-runners" and little Ralph (Riley B. Smith) gets kidnapped when the group attempts to escape capture. The episode airs on Monday, Dec. 19 at 10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT on CBS.
The remaining episodes of "Scorpion" Season 3 will showcase a number of guest stars. That includes Kevin Gage as Maddox, Leo Oliva as Davis, Matthew Alan as Sam, Angelo Perez as Guy, and Jim Palmer as Williams.
In other news, CBS recently ordered an extra episode for "Scorpion" Season 3, totaling the current season's episode order from 24 to 25, SpoilerTV reported.
