Feel the thrill and horror with "Tokyo Ghoul" as ghouls look for human flesh. Some may think that the anime is disturbing as Kaneki tries to be different, but obviously as a lot of people look forward to season 3, the anime is in a lot of people's minds.

Even if "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 doesn't have a clear release date yet, it was first thought to be released this 2016 and then 2017 and then 2018. The delay could be because of  "Tokyo Ghoul's" creator Sui Ishida who is involved with another popular anime "Hunter X Hunter".

Aside from the "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 premiere date, the plot for the next season matters a lot if it is really worth waiting. It was speculated that the focus is not only about Ken Kaneki, as it looks like Touka could also share the same spotlight as she faces college life and the challenges that she will face from it. What fans could really expect is that Season 3 will remain loyal from the source and the gory scenes, dark plots that will take place.

The delay of Season 3 had led some people to focus on the manga to satisfy their cravings. The novel "Tokyo Ghoul: Days" was able to show the scenes viewers have been trying to look for in the anime. Reading the novel alone would be confusing as it is meant to be a companion when you are watching the anime or reading the manga. The novel just helps the fans from getting in-depth in each of the characters that the anime cannot afford to put a lot of focus on.

The is 225 pages long and has six stories. Some of the stories include Kaneki and Touka taking Hiname to the library, Tsukiyama's story from the past that features some gory stuff and more about the life as a ghoul.

"Tokyo Ghoul" started with Ken Kaneki being lured by a woman ghoul to be eaten, he was saved with the woman suddenly being killed but he's still in critical condition so doctors supplied the needed organs from the girl (ghoul) which caused him to turn into one. The "Tokyo Ghoul" BD=DVD-Complete Season was graded  (ann) as B+ for both Overall Dub and Sub, A- for the story, A for music, B+ for art and C+ for the animation.

"Tokyo Ghoul" has a lot of dimensions that needs to be dealt with and so there are endless sources of the story. Ken Kaneki's real identity could also be a big twist.
